Today I have been mostly struggling to get a grip on this task:

Hi Chris,

We need to review big job handling during this project. All big jobs are handled from an important place and regular things need to be done to connect other places to the important place to allow handling of big jobs.

They are currently done in practice on a regular timely basis. Someone set up this process in effect to do so automatically but it seems to have stopped.

To review big job handling we need the following things to be done. They should only be done when the important place is connected to other places.

First thing to be done in two places (places A & B). This thing does something to stuff in a place and moves to a special place.

Second thing to be done in the special place. Step A and Step B are the only steps required to be done. This thing acts on the stuff moved by the first thing.

Third thing to be done in the special place. Step A and Step B are the only steps required to be done. This thing moves the stuff acted on by the second thing to the important place.

Fourth thing to be done in the important place. This thing undoes what was done by the first thing to the stuff moved by the third thing in the important place.
