Linda has returned after about a decade to the world of calorie controlled weekly food shopping in a box. What was twentieth century Diet Factory is now twenty-first century NuShape, and I am fending for myself. Foolishly, I have eaten all the chocolate biscuits first. Also, I just finished the last beer. (Can you tell?) So tonight I return to the kitchen as cook and tomorrow I enter the land of reheated leftovers. (Unless I can keep myself otherwise occupied and then I'll buy takeaway on the way home from volleyball.)
Speaking of volleyball, Next Week For Sure lost netball last week five goals to thirty-four. But who cares? We had plenty of players for once and even the women got some time off court, which was nice.
Speaking of nice, I'm not at work. Everything with my name on it at The Muppet Show has the potential to collapse in a heap and take people with it. I hope it doesn't.
