The (long) weekend of being sensible.

Emma is studying for her exam so she stayed in Narong. She and Gavin are doing the OzComics 24 Hour Challenge this weekend so he went up there to do it this year. I was going to Phenomenon this weekend but everyone else who might be interested has the lurgy so I thought I might do that instead. At one time, months ago, there was a plan for a great coordinated roleplaying and comic weekend, but instead we're all being sensible like little babies.

Actually, I did go to Phenomenon yesterday and joined in an Angel (as in Buffy) in The Matrix style systemless freeform called Familiar which was great fun and has once again stirred my interest in doing more roleplaying. Today I shall overcome this illness so I can immerse myself again tomorrow.

The Muppet Winter Wonderland

Work sucks and blows and bites, but the house lights go up on Tuesday so it's too late now. For the spring season, according to the schedule, I have three weeks to prepare and I'm in China for one of those. In practice nobody pays attention to anything in the schedule except the script deadline and that's only used to measure how far behind the show is running.  ¶ 12:32
